National Out Of Hours Scheduler - Nights: Our key client, a leader in their field, and a growing company with a bright future, seeks a Planner / Scheduler to work at their headquarters.
£28,000 - £30,000/annum Excellent bens.
Salary: £28-30,000 pa, Pension, DIS Benefit
Location: The role will be based at our Depot in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire
Hours of Work: 41.25 hours per week, Monday - Sunday, night shift pattern.
Holiday: 22 days plus Bank Holidays increasing with length of service after 3 years
As a key part of the Out Of Hours Team you will be responsible for the running and answering of the out of hours (OOH’s) phones and you will be scheduling all orders and jobs on a national basis.
You will deal with all customer enquiries, orders and issues and you will liaise with the Sales Office to ensure all enquiries are dealt with promptly.
You will ensure that all jobs and sales orders are raised as per company procedure and that all Scheduling Logs and all OOH reports are kept up to date at all times as required.
You will ensure that all rail requests are dealt with promptly and ensure that all customer eta’s are met and confirmed with the customer.
You will ensure that all Technicians are given the correct information needed to carry out their tasks. You will maintain regular internal and external communication, and that you will update all jobs on completion of the work.
Do I need experience in a similar role?
Due to the niche market that we work within, full training will be provided for this role. However, previous experience in an office administration, customer service or call centre role is essential.As is some planning experience.
What kind of candidate are we looking for?
In order to be successful in this role, we believe that you must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to work to strict deadlines. Excellent attention to detail will also be required along with excellent proficiency using Microsoft Office (e.g. Word and Excel). We would like a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join our expanding team.

The shifts are detailed below, essentially it is 7 on 3 off 7 on 4 off
Shifts tun between 5pm-8am Mon-Fri (Shift is either 5pm-1am or 12am-8am, they rotate) and 8am-8pm Sat and Sun or 8pm-8am Sat and Sun.
It is on a rolling rota so it’s two weekends on in 3.
