HR Generalist

I am recruiting an HR Advisor/ HR Generalist for my manufacturing client in Northampton
£33,000 - £35,000/annum Wellbeing, employee support
This is very much a generalist role, covering all aspects of HR, recruitment and onboarding, through to ER cases (basically everything in-between such as appraisals, performance improvements, starters, leavers and hr database). You don't need massive amounts of experience of this as you will get support from Group HR, but you will be on your own on site, so you need to be independent.
You will most likely be working in a manufacturing / engineering company now
This is NOT an HR Manager position, but there is the potential for someone looking to take the next step and in the longer term progression to HR Business partner level is possible.
It will be a very mixed day, and there will be an administrative aspect to it. There will also be some payroll activity (maybe half a day a week) some experience of that is needed.

Salary is £35K, flexible office hours, Monday to Friday.
Sorry I can't offer remote working for this one. You really need to be on site to make an impact, at least at the start.
