It would suit someone who loves working in a team,  but also very independent when needed, and a self-starter when required. A real all-rounder with a great sense of humour and work ethic is needed here.

The post is very varied. It is working within a tight, well-run HR Department, within a prestigious and very well known Military Charity for Veterans and their wider family.

The role is hybrid, 3 days in the office a week, but likely to be 4 days during the training/settling in period. 

As the HR Advisor, you will be the first port of the call for all aspects of the employee life cycle.
You will take responsibility for the charity's recruitment drives, including advising line managers and managing the on-boarding process.

As part of their work, the HR Advisor will use the charity's HR Information System, PeopleHR, to access, input and compile data, and from it produce accurate HR data for relevant and timely reports linked to our HR calendar.

The HR Advisor will also be involved in supporting employee relations, performance management guidance, and ensuring policies are consistent and HR queries are dealt with promptly and reliably.
