Our key client in the Aerospace Industry seeks applications for their post of General Manager - with experience of MRO - Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul.
£65,000 - £75,000/annum Excellent bens.
This a wide and varied role, and would suit an applicant with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a maintenance and repair services type industry. Ideally a minimum of 3 years’ experience within the Aviation sector.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in personnel management, including recruitment, supervision and performance management (including 121s and APRs).
Able to speak fluent English and communicate information and ideas in a clear, meaningful, appropriate and timely manner in both written and verbal formats.
Excellent interpersonal skills and able to lead, manage and supervise diverse and multi-cultural teams of staff including ability to handle conflict, stress and crisis situations.
Inspires others to higher performance by investing time, money and energy in people development, including sharing of own skills and knowledge.
Is proficient with office computer equipment, software and large ERP systems, such as Quantum.
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on what is important as well as urgent.
