Customer Service Advisor

I am recruiting a customer service assistant to provide maternity cover for 9 to 12 months.


This is a fixed term contract employed direct, with an annual salary of £23K

The successful candidate will have relevant experience within customer services.

The client is looking to start the role on November 1st

  • Act as a first point of contact for customers to ensure the smooth processing of orders.
  • Ensure all order specifications are input correctly on the system.
  • Assist the customers by advising and resolving order queries.
  • Communicate with engineering and production team to clarify customer order inquiries and ensure on time dispatch of products.
  • Ensure that customer queries are dealt in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Support the customer service team and wider sales teams
  • Perform administrative duties such as keeping document records in an accurate and clear manner to make them available to management for evaluation.
  • Use of MS Office
  • Experience of Salesforce or similar
