The successful candidate will be able to develop supply chain relations as well as client relations. They will also be driven, conscientious and determined.

Our client has many years experience in the design, manufacture and supply of retail and office lighting - a true market leader in it's field and a great place to work.

Your duties will be to monitor the day to day customer experience for a large portfolio of customers. This includes ensuring agreed service standards are provided by:

  • Facilitating immediate response to enquiries
  • Liaise with implementation, sales and operations colleagues to ensure a co-ordinated and consistent support for customers queries and/or related processes to support customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Developing costs and providing quotations on time
  • Procuring successful projects and co-ordinating the onsite programme.
  • Review performance to defined contract key performance indicators and or agreed service levels (as per the contract) and make suggestions or recommendations to improve profitability and or operation efficiencies, including making any recommendations for changes in related to benefit the customer and the Company.
  • Support the business on its strategic account portfolio.
  • Co-ordinate the delivery of agreed targets (e.g. revenue & margin) within agreed budget to meet the wider requirements of the business for the defined customer portfolio.
  • Ensure contractually agreed service standards are provided to individual customers and, where necessary, liaise with the operations and other functional areas to ensure any issues are resolved in a timely manner to the customer’s satisfaction.
  • Review performance to contract terms being sure to highlight any discrepancies, make recommendations for service delivery improvements or new service offerings, and for the defined customer base.
  • Contribute to the development of customer and or sector specific plans to deliver agreed targets.
  • Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm
  • Based in High Wycombe
  • 30 days holiday (including bank holidays)
