Our military charity client seeks applicants for this exciting role.

£40,000/annum Truly Excellent Bens.

You will be responsible for two separate 'pilot projects' within the organisation.

Although a military charity, you do not necessarily need to come from or be serving, in the military - however an appreciation of the challenged faced would be helpful.

The successful applicant will be a creative and innovative executive with a flair for ideas, modelling, and establishing and maintaining pathways.

You will be familiar with multi-faceted 'projects' proactive in nature. This is very much a team environment, so soft skills are a must.

Salary: Circa £40,000 plus benefits
Term: Initially Fixed term contract to December 2021

The Welfare Directorate is responsible for understanding and meeting the social welfare needs of those in need, from those currently serving to their families through to veterans of all ages. This is achieved through the delivery of a wide range of services, initiatives and programmes which last year helped over 70,000 individuals.

We are seeking an individual who is experienced in managing projects and people, with a desire to contribute to the development of initiatives which support the serving military community. The post holder will be responsible for managing, developing and measuring a range of welfare pilot projects and initiatives within the charity, primarily focused on enhancing social engagement and mental well-being on stations.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of social welfare issues, as well as strong people and IT skills. The role requires regular travel across the UK to Military Stations, with an office base in London.
