Stage 1

One of our skilled and vastly experienced head hunting consultants will discuss fully your unique requirements. We will agree a working method.

Stage 2
We thoroughly research the role, discuss the intrinsics of the post with you.

Stage 3
We will identify a target list and source candidates who match your criteria.

Stage 4
We approach the candidates discreetly; we will never advertise your vacancy (unless agreed previously) in the public domain. Often this means working outside of working hours, meeting up with the candidates on several occasions and gauging commitment.

Stage 5
We use expert, up-to-date interview and screening techniques during a more formal interview.

Stage 6
We submit a shortlist and arrange interview location, dates and times which suit all parties.

Stage 7
Candidate is hired.
